At Casa Pandas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to damage, improper use, or condition at the time of return. This includes products that show signs of use, misuse, or improper handling, items that arrive damaged due to customer handling, and products returned without their original packaging or missing components. Promotional or clearance items may also be non-returnable when applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at help@casapandas.store within 7 days of delivery, or reach out to our support team through the chat located at the bottom right corner of this page.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email help@casapandas.store with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable. Casa Pandas will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
