At Casa Pandas, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

   You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

   To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned:

   Digital products (e-books, downloadable guides, etc.)

   Personal care or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

   Gift cards or promotional items

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at help@casapandas.store within 7 days of delivery.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

🚚 Return shipping

   Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
